This is the house on Kenoyer Drive we bought and have been remodeling. We call it the Acorn House because the band that lived there was called The Acorn Project. And it needed a name - the "new house" didn't make sense to the kids. Isn't the rental house the new house? Plus, it's not new. : )

this is after we (we meaning Bob) removed all the neighbor's shrubbery growing to cover an even uglier fence - but that's the beginnings of a bamboo hedge to cover it, plus we added a berm of Lydia Bloom and Ceonothis.(sp?)
